Dominik was born prematurely at 25 weeks gestation, on March 12 1999, due to a chromosomal anomoly and a lethal heart defect. He left his life behind him shortly before birth, to join God in Heaven. Dominik is greatly missed by all his family and by the many people whom whos life he had touched.
